The Association of Private Medical Institutions of Ukraine has submitted proposals for the introduction of mechanisms for additional payments for medical services to the consideration of the Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on Health, the Ministry of Health, and international partners.

The Ministry of Health states that this decision will contribute to preventing the uncontrolled circulation of narcotic (psychotropic) substances, the use of which has particularly dangerous consequences for human life and health.

By September 15, the Government will approve the draft of the new state budget.
