Each medical worker will have a personal profile, through which he or she will be able to exchange documents and information with other users.

The system will interact with other information systems and state electronic information resources, in particular with the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Physical Entrepreneurs and Public Formations, the Unified State Electronic Database on Education – to obtain information on the professionalism of health workers. It will also contain information on the need for workers, in particular in: the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the city of Sevastopol, Donetsk, Donetsk, Donetsk, Donetsk region, and the Autonomous Republic of Crimea. Sevastopol, Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhya, Mykolaiv, Kharkiv, Kherson oblasts, etc.

The task of creating this system is entrusted to the Ministry of Health. The owner of the system, in particular its software, is the state represented by the Ministry of Health.

Processing and protection of information contained in the system is carried out in accordance with the legislation on protection of information in information and communication systems and on protection of personal data.

Recall, almost 200 volunteer doctors have already strengthened hospitals in the areas affected by the Kakhovskaya HPP blast.
