Pharmacy and medical universities continue to accept documents for enrollment

Applicants’ electronic offices on the website now show recommendations for budget enrollment in the WEA.

In order to see this information, the enrollee must proceed according to the following algorithm:

  • in the personal electronic cabinet to see whether he/she has received recommendations for admission to the budget form of education: the status will change to “Recommended for admission (education on the state (regional) budget)” in front of the corresponding application;

To enroll in the budgetary form of education until 18:00 on September 2, submit documents to the ZHE:

  • a copy of the identity document;
  • a copy of the military registration document (except for cases stipulated by law);
  • 4 3×4 color photographs;
  • A signed, printed application for admission signed by the ZHE Admissions Office (for applicants,
  • who applied through the electronic office);
  • other documents stipulated by the ZVO admission rules.

Original documents for admission may be submitted by the applicant in person (by sending scanned copies) with a qualified electronic signature (QES) overlaid on the files to the e-mail address of the ZHE Admissions Office or by other means of communication defined by the ZHE admission rules.

If the HEA does not receive original documents from the enrollee within three months after the start of studies, the enrollment order shall be canceled and such enrollee shall not be credited.

Applicants who have applied electronically, have been recommended for admission, and plan to fulfill admission requirements by electronic means should:

  • in the set of documents to form from the electronic office and sign the CEP or print or handwrite and sign the corresponding application for admission.

To do this in the electronic cabinet in the menu “Submitted applications” it is necessary to highlight the application with the status “Recommended for enrollment on the state (regional) budget” and select the action “Print electronic application”.

Remote submission of the originals of the required documents and conclusion of a study agreement between the ZVO and the applicant shall be carried out within three months from the date of commencement of studies.

Enrollment in the budget will take place on September 5. The enrollment of those coming for the funds of individuals or legal entities will take place no later than September 30.

Those applicants who have not received any recommendation for the budget by August 29, the status opposite all applications will remain “Admitted to the competition”. All these applications automatically participate in the contract competition.

In the case of a recommendation for a contract, the status of such applications will change to “Recommended for admission (studies funded by individuals and legal entities)”. This status may appear in front of several applications – then the applicant has the opportunity to determine which offer to choose.

Provision of recommendations for admission and publication of the list of recommended for admission of applicants applying for places at the expense of individuals and/or legal entities for open and fixed bids will be made no earlier than 18:00 on September 2. The deadlines for acceptance of original documents for the contract are determined by the HEA itself.
