There is still a requirement to fill out a special form before departure, in which you must provide your passport details, flight and place of residence in Turkey.
After filling in the data, the system generates a Hes-code to be presented in hotels, catering facilities, shopping malls and transportation. With the help of the Hes-code, the authorities control whether a person has had contact with a COVID-19 patient and, if this has happened, inform the tourist. 72 hours before your flight to Turkey:
- passengers must print out the completed questionnaire or download it to a device (smartphone, tablet, etc.);
- passengers must present the printed questionnaire or a downloaded questionnaire on a mobile device to an airline employee at the airport of departure. Without the questionnaire, boarding will be denied.
