So, the new Deputy Minister of Health Viktor Lyashko became Borukhovskyy Bohdan Valentynovych. This was announced by the government representative in the Verkhovna Rada, Taras Melnychuk, in Telegram.
According to Melnychuk, in a parallel decision, the government dismissed Borukhovskyy from the post of first deputy minister of environmental protection and natural resources, which he previously held.
There is no updated information on the MoH website yet, but they promise to post it soon. The new deputy will be responsible for the development of medical infrastructure.
What is known about the official?
Bohdan Borukhovskyy’s official biography says that in 2001, he graduated from the Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University, where he qualified as a philologist.
In 2004, he completed his studies at the Kyiv National Economic University and received a master’s degree in business economics. From 2009 to 2010, he studied at the Kyiv Mohyla Business School under the MBA program.
He started his career in 1998.
Since 2004, he has held managerial positions in the investment, agricultural, transportation and construction industries.
He founded and headed Target Construction LLC, Target Engineering LLC, Avant Engineering LLC, AVANT AGRO LLC, AVANT ORGANIC and AVANT TRANS LLC.
Since November 2016, he worked as the Head of the State Enterprise “Ukrmedproektstroy”.
In the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources of Ukraine under the leadership of the official developed “Forest Strategy”, and he also stood at the origins of a new company for forestation.
