According to TOP LEAD, sales volumes grew both in monetary (9.7%) and in physical terms (2.2%). In particular, pharmacy sales growth amounted to 7.9% in hryvnias. The total volume of the pharmaceutical market of Ukraine in 2020 amounted to $4 billion, of which $3.4 billion was accounted for the sales of drugs in pharmacies.
How did the growth in sales affect the rank-and-file employees of pharmacies? And was it affected at all?
To get an answer to this question, the editors of mister-blister.com conducted an anonymous facebook poll on “When was the last time you got a raise?”
Survey: 87 people completed the survey, respondents answered the questions anonymously. Below we present the results of our survey.
So, according to the survey results, 29% of surveyed pharmacy employees received a salary increase in 2021. In 2020, 28% of respondents got a pay raise. In 2019 – 16%, in 2018 and earlier – 17% of respondents. And the salary was never raised – 10% of respondents.
