Personnel changes in Uzbekistan’s Ministry of Health: Three new ministers appointed

Farrukh Rakhimovich Sharipov

Information about the new appointments was published on the official TG channel of the Ministry of Health of Uzbekistan. Thus, by the relevant decision of the President of Uzbekistan, Farrukh Rakhimovich Sharipov was appointed Deputy Minister of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Sharipov was born in 1969 in the Samarkand region. She graduated from Samarkand State Medical Institute in 1993 and Tashkent State University of Economics in 2010.

In 2002-2009, he worked as the head of the Tashkent District Medical Association, and in 2009-2012, he was the head of the Syrdarya Region Health Department.

In 2012-2014, he was the head of the main department of the Ministry of Health. In 2015-2016, he worked as the head of the Yakkasaray District Medical Association. F. Sharipov has been the executive director of the State Health Insurance Fund under the Cabinet of Ministers since 2021.

Farhodzhon Mukhammadzhonovich Tashpulatov

According to the relevant decision of the President of Uzbekistan, Farhodzhon Mukhammadzhonovich Tashpulatov was appointed Deputy Minister of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Mr. Tashpulatov was born in 1983 in Tashkent. In 2004, he graduated from the Uzbek State University of World Languages, and in 2005 from the specialized Graduate School of Business at Tashkent State University of Economics.

In 2006-2007, he worked as Director of the Tashkent City Directorate of Parvina Insurance, and in 2007-2010, he was Manager and CEO of Uzbekinvest Hayot Insurance Company.

In 2011-2021, he held a number of responsible positions in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Since 2021, Tashpulatov has been working as Deputy Chairman of the Board of Uzagrosugurta Joint Stock Company.

Olim Murodullayevich Omonov

According to the relevant decision of the President of Uzbekistan, Olim Murodullaevich Omonov was appointed Deputy Minister of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

O. Omonov was born in 1979 in the Samarkand region. In 2001, he graduated from the Tashkent Institute of Electrotechnical Communications, in 2006 from the Tashkent University of Information Technologies, and in 2010 from the Academy of State and Society Building under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

 

In 2005-2011, he headed the UzNet branch of Uzbektelecom JSC, and in 2011-2018, he held a number of responsible positions in the Cabinet of Ministers. In 2018-2021, he worked as the Director of the Information and Communication Technologies Development Fund of the Ministry of Information Technology and Communications Development. Since 2023, Omonov has been working as the Director of the Chervok Tourist and Recreational Zone.
